Joe Sukjam is the executive chef at Blu 57 and is quickly becoming a name in the international culinary arts community. At the age of 8 he spent his childhood preparing family meals and immediately developed a passion for great food. He knew at a young age, he was destined to command in the kitchen. He received his culinary arts degree in Bangkok, Thailand from Dusit Thani Private College and began applying his knowledge in some of Thailand’s finest hotels and restaurants. The Pullman, Sofitel, Hilton, JW Marriott, and Conrad are just a few of the names that grace his extensive resume. In addition to the best hotels and resorts in Thailand his food has been featured in Health & Cuisine Magazine and he has competed in the “Fusion Foods” segment of the International Culinary Cup. Joe has also had the privilege of cooking for the Princess of Thailand and for the Prince and Princess of Sweden.  In 2015 he moved to Chicago to work with the famous Chef, Arun Sampanthavivat of “Aruns” and further develop his culinary calling.

He believes that flavorful cuisine is made with the best high quality ingredients and lives to inspire customers with flavor alchemy. .

The President of the company, President and Operation Manager, Ms. Treetip Intarakhao, has got her Bachelor’s Degree in Kitchen and Restaurant Management from DusitThani College, Bangkok, Thailand.  She became an entrepreneur and operated her own business ever since her graduation.  Besides her experiences in working with popular hotels, such as Conrad and Montien Bangkok, she started out with opening a bakery store.  After four years, the business was expanded and became a catering restaurant.  As the business ran for five years, it has achieved another level of success by being able to expand its branch to a famous Thai department store.  To date, Ms. Intarakhao has been running her business in Thailand for over 12 years.  She is equipped with skills required for daily operation and control, menu design, supplies purchase, and customer service.
